Our privacy principles
We never sell your data
Your entries, your Spaces, your notes, your life. None of it is for sale. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. This is not negotiable.
Minimum data, maximum security
We only collect what we absolutely need to make the app work. Nothing more. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You're always in control
You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete something, it's gone. We don't keep shadow copies or hidden backups of your deleted information.
No tracking, no profiling
IN2 doesn't track your browsing habits, build advertising profiles, or share your behavior with third parties. We don't use third-party analytics that follow you around the web.

- + Your entries — notes, reminders, appointments, etc. (so the app works)
- + App settings — your preferences, Space configuration, themes
- + Usage metrics — anonymous, aggregated data to improve the app (never individual behavior)
What we never collect
- × Your contacts or address book
- × Your photos or files outside the app
- × Your browsing history
- × Your location (unless you explicitly add it to an entry)
- × Advertising identifiers or tracking pixels
- × Data from other apps on your device
Our data philosophy
Think of IN2 like a personal journal that you keep in a safe. We hold the safe for you, but we don't read the journal. We don't photocopy pages. We don't tell anyone what's inside.
When AI features process your entries (voice transcription, auto-tagging, smart search), that processing happens to serve you — not to build a profile for advertisers. Your AI-generated insights are yours alone.
If you ever decide to leave IN2, you can export everything. Your data, your entries, your history. It all comes with you. And when you delete your account, we delete everything. No 90-day hold, no "deactivation." Gone.
About credential storage
IN2 lets you store usernames and passwords alongside your entries — like a Wi-Fi password for your office or login credentials for a service. Here's how we handle that:
- Credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
- The clipboard auto-clears after 30 seconds when you copy a password
- We never access, read, or process your stored credentials
- Credentials are included when you export or delete your data
IN2's credential storage is a convenience feature for everyday passwords, not a replacement for a dedicated password manager. For high-security passwords (banking, email), we recommend using a dedicated password manager.
